The Principle:
Vacuum boiler is designed according to the principle that the boiling point is lower under the low-pressure status.In vacuum status,the medium water could boil in 3-5 minutes,steam,which heats the water in the tubes,is created quickly.When steam condenses,it turns back into medium water that never reduce or increase in vacuum status.
The boiler scale and rust is difficult to be produced because the boiler works under the man-made vacuum status.Generally,the vacuum boiler can be used for more than 20 years and its life span is much longer than any other common boilers,which can just be used for 10 years.
